
Rachel Everett established STELIC in 2021, drawing on her considerable experience as a CEO and VP at prominent technology and management consulting firms. Following her MBA, she settled in the Washington, DC area to begin a vital chapter in her career, gaining increasing levels of senior executive responsibility at large firms. Embodying the spirit of perpetual education, Rachel completed a Master’s in Information Systems from Harvard and aquired a broad spectrum of leadership and technology certifications in her time outside of work. Her dedication to academia is ongoing, as she currently progresses towards a third master’s degree at Harvard.
Her vision for STELIC is clear: to innovate the construction management sector by adapting proven practices to meet the digital age’s demands. “STELIC was born from a desire to harmonize traditional construction management with the agility of modern technology. We aim to simplify complex processes for our clients, making construction management, controls, and planning more intuitive and effective,” Rachel explains. Outside of her professional domain, Rachel has a deep appreciation for movies and music, channels her energy into fitness and art, and keeps abreast of the latest in technology and health. At the heart of her personal life are her two dogs and fiancé, who bring her immeasurable joy and companionship.
