This Privacy Policy describes how Stelic (“Stelic,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information about non-employees (such as website visitors, prospective customers, vendors, contractors, and business contacts) in connection with our website (stelic.com) and related online services (collectively, the “Services”).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, precise geolocation, health data, or biometrics) through our public website. Please do not submit sensitive information via our contact forms.

B. “Do Not Sell or Share” and targeted advertising opt-out

We do not sell personal information for money.
Some laws define “sharing” as disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If applicable, you may opt out of “sharing”/targeted advertising by disabling Advertising/Marketing cookies via Cookie Preferences or through any Do Not Sell or Share / Opt-Out mechanism we provide.

C. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where required by applicable law, we will treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser/device.

D. U.S. State privacy rights (where applicable)

Depending on where you live and whether a state law applies, you may have rights to:

  • request correction,

  • obtain a copy (portability),

  • opt out of targeted advertising, and

  • appeal certain decisions.

E. EEA/UK rights

If you are located in the EEA/UK, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
