Dola Ditch and Lanzit Ditch Bridge Replacement

Stelic served as the lead scheduling authority, responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of the integrated master schedule in support of project execution. Stelic established a fully logic-driven, resource-loaded baseline schedule aligned with contractual milestones, scope requirements, and program constraints, ensuring a reliable foundation for performance measurement and forecasting.

Throughout execution, Stelic led the schedule update and status process, integrating field progress, engineering inputs, and contractor-reported data into a validated and continuously refined project forecast. Stelic applied its standardized project controls methodologies to ensure data integrity, consistency, and auditability across all reporting cycles.

Stelic performed advanced schedule analytics, including critical path validation, float trend analysis, and schedule risk identification. These efforts enabled early detection of potential delays and supported proactive mitigation planning. Scenario modeling and what-if analyses were conducted to evaluate recovery strategies and inform client decision-making.

Stelic developed and delivered comprehensive progress status reports and executive-level briefings, translating complex schedule data into clear, actionable insights. Reporting outputs were aligned with Stelic’s data-centric controls framework, ensuring consistency across dashboards, narratives, and key performance indicators, including milestone variance and schedule performance metrics.

Through close coordination with project management, engineering, and cost controls teams, Stelic ensured full integration of schedule data within the broader program controls environment, reinforcing transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
