Stelic provides full-time scheduling, project controls, change management, time impact analyses, and scenario analysis support to PCL Construction on this $60.5M higher education project. Our team developed the baseline schedule, delivers monthly updates incorporating cost and resource loading, progress tracking, and changes, performs critical-path analysis, Lean/Pull planning, and Monte Carlo risk simulations, and runs the change management process assessing the impact of owner and contractor changes to the base scope. We also conduct formal time impact analyses for delays and provide scenario planning to evaluate “what-if” schedule recovery options, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation, and on-time performance through substantial completion in 2026.
