The Barn is a multi-building hyperscale data center campus in Saline Township, Michigan. Stelic provides campus-wide project controls support directly to Oracle, integrating scheduling, cost, document control, project information management, and reporting into a coordinated controls environment.

Stelic supports integrated campus planning, coordination, review, and validation across Oracle and delivery-partner schedules. The cost controls team provides estimating, budget tracking, forecasting, change management, invoice validation, and cost reporting. Document control includes document intake, naming and filing standards, transmittals, submittals, version control, logs, and approval workflows.

Stelic also developed an LLM-enabled project management information system that allows project teams to search project documents, ask project-specific questions, summarize records, surface risks and issues, and generate reports. Executive, schedule, cost, and KPI dashboards further consolidate project information into clear, decision-ready views for Oracle leadership and the broader delivery team.
