Stelic is a women-owned construction management and project controls firm based in Hagerstown, Maryland. We work on the owner's side of complex capital projects: life science facilities, data centers, federal infrastructure, healthcare, and the rest. We run planning, scheduling, cost, risk, and dispute resolution from early design through closeout.

Stelic was founded by practitioners who had spent careers watching capital projects unravel for the same predictable reasons: schedules built in spreadsheets, controls reports that hid problems, and claims that surfaced months after the trigger. We were built to do that work differently.

Program leadership, owner's representation, on-site CM, and Primavera P6 scheduling. We sit in the owner's meetings, walk the job, push back on contractor variances, and keep the schedule defensible if a claim shows up later.

Proactive controls and disciplined reporting through delivery, then a clean closeout: punch-list, lien waivers, final accounting, schedule narrative, and the documentation an owner needs if anything resurfaces years later.
