Stelic is a women-owned construction management and project controls firm based in Hagerstown, Maryland. We work on the owner’s side of complex capital projects: life science facilities, data centers, federal infrastructure, healthcare, and the rest. Running planning, scheduling, cost, risk, and dispute resolution from early design through closeout.
Stelic was founded by practitioners who had spent careers watching capital projects unravel for the same predictable reasons, schedules built in spreadsheets, controls reports that hid problems, and claims that surfaced months after the trigger. We were built to do that work differently.
