Job Description:

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule construction activities in coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to enforce adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and architects to resolve design and construction challenges.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in construction management, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
