Track record of delivering data center projects that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance, with a rigorous quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) process that includes commissioning, integrated systems testing, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices, such as ASHRAE Standard 90.4 (Energy Standard for Data Centers) and BICSI 002 (Data Center Design and Implementation Best Practices).


Manage the complex coordination and logistical challenges associated with data center construction, utilizing project management tools and lean construction principles to optimize resource allocation, minimize waste, and ensure the seamless integration of specialized data center systems, such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, generators, and precision cooling units.


Work closely with our data center clients to develop customized solutions that align with their unique operational requirements, growth strategies, and financial objectives, employing total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, performance benchmarking, and risk assessment techniques to optimize the long-term performance, scalability, and resilience of each data center facility, while ensuring strict adherence to reliability, availability, and serviceability (RAS) standards.
