Stelic provides project controls and scheduling support to the electrical subcontractor on a 200 MW data center campus in Nevada. The scope extends across the electrical systems supporting the campus, including substations, data halls, generator buildings, water treatment, low-voltage systems, fire alarm, security, telecommunications, and site electrical infrastructure.

Stelic develops and maintains a bottom-up, resource-loaded Primavera P6 schedule for the electrical scope, supported by planned manpower curves and weekly schedule updates. The schedule provides a detailed basis for sequencing the work, forecasting labor demand, coordinating interfaces, and measuring progress against the electrical plan.

Stelic also reviews the general contractor’s schedule against the electrical baseline to identify changes in sequencing, duration, access, and manpower requirements. Schedule impacts are evaluated through fragnet-based time impact analysis, providing a documented basis for change control and schedule discussions with the general contractor. Near-term planning is translated into Smartsheet look-aheads to connect the CPM schedule with field execution.

The result is an integrated scheduling and change-control framework that gives the electrical contractor clear visibility into manpower demand, emerging schedule impacts, and the near-term work required to maintain alignment with the overall campus delivery plan.
