Stelic provides electrical scheduling and project controls support to the electrical subcontractor on a 200,000 SF, 100+ MW liquid-cooled AI data center in South Carolina. The electrical scope is closely integrated with the overall project delivery plan and requires continuous coordination across the subcontractor, general contractor, trade partners, and owner.
Stelic developed the electrical baseline schedule in Primavera P6 and integrated it with the general contractor’s master CPM schedule. Ongoing support includes schedule updates, baseline variance analysis, change impact modeling, manpower planning, and forward-looking schedule analysis to evaluate how design and execution changes affect the electrical plan.
The project controls scope also includes earned value tracking, design change schedule and cost impact assessment, material tracking to support just-in-time delivery, weekly work planning, pull planning, and executive reporting. These tools provide the project team with a consistent view of progress, labor demand, material readiness, and emerging schedule impacts.
Stelic’s role connects the detailed electrical plan with field execution and project-level reporting, giving the subcontractor clear visibility into current performance, upcoming constraints, and the actions required to maintain alignment with the overall delivery schedule.
